What is 13 Acres?
A nature retreat in Dripping Springs, created by Tara as a place for peace, inspiration, and connection. Each cabin has its own personality, surrounded by trails and shared outdoor spaces.
Are children and pets welcome?
Yes. Families are welcome, and children should follow our community guidelines. Friendly pets must remain leashed. The pet fee is $20 per stay for up to two pets; contact us before bringing more.
When are check-in and checkout?
Check in after 3 PM and check out by 11 AM. Paid early check-in and late checkout may be available by prior arrangement.
What is provided?
Cabins include bedding, towels, electricity, and AC/heating. Shared outdoor spaces include grills and gathering areas. Check the individual cabin page for its specific features. Cabins use shared restrooms and heated outdoor showers.
What should I pack?
Bring your personal travel items, food and cooler, drinking water, bug spray, sunscreen, and hiking shoes. For outdoor cooking, bring suitable cookware, utensils, charcoal or firewood, and a lighter. How do bathrooms work?
Guest cabins use shared restrooms and outdoor showers. Use the property map to locate these facilities.

Is there a café or shop?
The grab-and-go café is open 24 hours. The Tribe Market is open 8 AM–8 PM. Cash and Venmo are accepted. Café coffee and tea are complimentary, up to two cups per person daily.
What are the community guidelines?
Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM. No amplified music. Keep the land clean, respect shared spaces, keep pets leashed, and stay within the signed 13 Acres property boundaries. The neighboring retreat’s pool and outdoor chapel are outside our property and are not guest amenities.
What is the cancellation policy?
Review the cancellation and payment terms shown for your reservation when booking. Your booking confirmation contains the terms that apply to your stay. Contact us with questions about an existing booking.
Where are my arrival instructions?
Open our password-protected guest guide using the password in your arrival message. Your individual door code is sent separately.
